Today feels a little unreal. After countless drafts, late nights, and moments of doubt, I’m beyond excited to finally share that my new fantasy novel is officially out in the world. This book marks not only a debut, but the beginning of a duology. It’s a story that has lived in my head and heart for a long time just waiting for the right moment to be told.

This novel began as a spark. It was a single idea that slowly grew into a world filled with danger, longing, and magic. Along the way the story expanded beyond what I originally imagined. The characters demanded more space to grow, the stakes grew higher, and it became clear that one book simply wasn’t enough. Some stories need room to breathe and this one asked to be told in two parts.

Releasing the first book in a duology is both thrilling and terrifying. You’re inviting readers into a world knowing there’s more to come and trusting them to stay for the journey. This first installment lays the foundation for the series. It introduces the characters, the rules of the world, and the conflicts that will shape everything that follows. The second book will dig deeper, darker, and more intensely into the consequences set in motion here.

This debut represents more than a publication date. It represents perseverance. It represents choosing to keep going even when the finish line felt impossibly far away. It’s proof that stories grow one word at a time and that believing in them long enough can turn imagination into something real.
